We are actively involved in many spheres in our community both as individuals and as a family of believers. We believe Jesus is who he says he is – the hope and saviour of those who choose to believe in Him.

From the Pastor
I think one of the biggest questions in life we can ask ourselves is also one of the most avoided and therefore often undiscovered. The question is: “What if?” Truth is we naturally trend towards predictability, comfort and safety. Growing churches are the churches that frequently visit this question and act on it. It is healthy to examine the way we do things, to question those things and come up with alternatives: “What if we did it another way?”
I came upon this quote from Dave Ferguson very recently: “If you don’t have a dream that makes you completely dependent on God then you need a bigger dream.” This is equally true for individuals as it is for a congregation.
This is not an announcement for something new we’re doing. Rather, it is an expression of the culture we want to nurture here at MUC: To be a people courageous enough to go where God wants us to go – even if that looks different from what we are used to. Asking “What if?” sometimes takes us out of the comfort zone. It keeps things fresh. It is not reckless but nor is it fearful. It trusts that God is bigger than we can imagine and that He wants to grow His church.
